  • Identified the construct for a compact-centered learning interface with the goal of increasing personalization and improving the university-to- student interaction; presented results to BYU’s Technology Transfer Office.
  • Researched assessment and diagnosis of understanding and knowledge gaps of spreadsheet learners through student activity trace, transaction level data.
  • Led a six-student, qualitative research team to conduct 100 interviews regarding the nature of mentoring at BYU to publish a 200-page book.
